On Monday, Chinese leader Xi Jinping arrived in the Russian capital Moscow for a three-day state visit to meet Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, reports AP News.
Xi becomes the first world leader to meet Putin since the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant against him last week.
Putin and Xi are expected to discuss the twelve-point peace plan developed by China to end the war in Ukraine.
