China is reopening to foreign visitors, including tourists, after three years of border restrictions due to the covid pandemic, reports CNN.
The country will resume issuing all types of visas, according to a statement from the Chinese embassy in the US.
Visa-free entry will resume in areas that had no visa requirements prior to the pandemic, including the island of Hainan and cruise ships visiting Shanghai.
