On July 20, Amber Heard declared bankruptcy and appealed to the Commonwealth of Virginia on July 21.
The 35-year-old actress is requesting that the decision be declared null and void, after finding herself unable to pay her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Amber Heard recently lost a $10 million legal battle against her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, while she won a $2 million on a counterclaim against Depp.
Heard has since been in a court battle trying to overturn the jury’s verdict or to have the amount reduced.
