Influencer brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate have been formally charged in the United Kingdom with multiple serious offenses, including rape, human trafficking, actual bodily harm, and controlling prostitution for gain.
Andrew, 38, faces 10 charges involving three women, while his brother Tristan, 36, is charged with 11 offenses related to one woman. The charges stem from alleged crimes between 2012 and 2015. Both men, dual U.S. and British citizens, have denied all allegations.
The brothers are currently in Romania, where they were arrested in late 2022 and indicted in 2023 for similar offenses, including alleged involvement in a criminal ring that lured and sexually exploited women. The Romanian courts have agreed to extradite the brothers to the UK once their legal proceedings there are concluded.
