Romania reported finding fragments from what is believed to be a drone on a farm near the Danube River, close to the Ukrainian border. This discovery comes amid ongoing Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine, Reuters reports.
Romania’s Defense Ministry is investigating the incident, but both NATO and Romanian officials have stated that there is no evidence of a deliberate attack on Romania following similar incidents in the past. Recently, a Russian missile also entered Polish airspace, prompting Poland to scramble jets in response to the ongoing Russian missile strikes on Ukraine.
