Tesla has announced that it has built its first Cybertruck at its plant in Austin, Texas, following two years of delays, Reuters reports.
The Cybertruck was introduced in 2019, where the vehicle’s designer cracked the supposedly unbreakable “armor glass” windows.
However, the company had to postpone production into 2023 due to component shortages.
In May, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said the company planned to produce around a quarter-million Cybertrucks a year, depending on demand.
