Controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have been charged with rape, human trafficking, and forming an organized crime group in Romania, BBC reports.
The indictment states that the defendants formed a criminal group to engage in human trafficking in Romania
Seven alleged victims were recruited, put under surveillance, and forced into pornography shared on social media.
The Tate brothers were initially arrested in December and later placed under house arrest pending the investigation.
