European leaders met in Moldova for the second European Political Community (EPC) summit, which includes the 27 EU states and 40 allies, France 24 reports.
The summit will be an opportunity for European states to work together with recent leaver Britain or future candidates like Ukraine on regional crises.
On Thursday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky joined the summit, seeking support for its country’s NATO bid.
