Ukraine’s defense ministry ridiculed the single T-34 tank that joined yesterday’s Victory Day parade in Moscow, The Independent reports.
The military parade was unusually small with only a single tank and a total of around 8,000 soldiers, the lowest number since 2008.
“This ‘Victory Day’ Russia had exactly one tank rolling down Russian Red Square. A T-34, first produced in 1940. To the loneliest little tank in the world, best of luck.”

The T-34 is an 83-year-old Soviet-era tank produced between 1940 and 1958.
