Russia’s Wagner Chief Threatens to Pullout of Bakhmut in Ukraine

On Friday, the leader of Russia’s Wagner Group Yevgeny Prigozhin threatened to withdraw his fighters from Bakhmut, AP News reports.

In a video, Prigozhin showed the bodies of 30 Wagner fighters who had died the day before, saying they were undersupplied and suffering heavy losses.

He accuses the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu of not supplying ammunition and would hand over operations to the regular army on May 10.
