On Thursday, a Russian Sukhoi-34 supersonic warplane accidentally bombed the city of Belgorod, near the border with Ukraine, Reuters reports.
Three people were injured in the explosion which damaged several apartment buildings and cars, leaving a 20-meter crater in its wake.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has confirmed the accident and launched a probe into the incident.
