On Wednesday, Italy’s former prime minister Silvio Berlusconi was admitted to the intensive care unit at Milan’s San Raffaele Hospital, reports AP News.
Berlusconi, 86, is being treated for a lung infection that is the result of chronic leukemia, his doctor said.
The media mogul has previously served as Italy’s prime minister for three terms, but has suffered a series of health problems in recent years.
