Twitter has announced it will remove the “old” verified checkmark from legacy verified users starting on April 1st, reports Engadget.
Anyone who wants to keep their blue checkmark must now pay for a Twitter Blue subscription.
Twitter also announced that the Twitter Blue subscription is now available worldwide for $8 a month ($11 a month for iOS users).
