Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are now officially divorced after splitting up in 2021. The two have settled ahead of a trial set for next month.
In March, a judge declared the two legally single, ending their eight-year marriage. Issues regarding property and custody would be worked out in a trial set for December 14.
The former couple agreed to waive spousal support and instead settled for West to pay Kardashian $200k per month in child support.
The two will have “equal access” to their children North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 according to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
