Tesla CEO Elon Musk has sold 19.5 million shares of his electric car company, worth $3.95 billions, after closing his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter.
On Oct. 28, Musk closed the $44 billion Twitter deal, financing the deal with billions of his own capital, but also from a wide range of friends and institutions.
Partners include Binance, BAMCO, Andreessen Horowitz, Twitter’s former CEO Jack Dorsey and Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia.
Elon Musk owned around 25% of Tesla between stock and options, before his sell off.
