On Saturday, Kanye West’s Twitter account was locked after the rapper made a controversial antisemitic post, violating the social media platform’s guidelines.
“I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE. The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda.”

It was West’s first tweet on the platform since 2020, the rapper returned to the platform after his Instagram account was recently restricted.
He later posted a photo of himself with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg saying “Look at this Mark. How you gone kick me off Instagram.”
The American Jewish Committee condemned the rapper’s post for using Jewish stereotypes and urged him to “make a point without using antisemitism.”
