Swiss chocolate manufacturer Lindt & Sprüngli is leaving the Russian market, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
"Following its announcement on March 9, 2022, the Lindt & Spruengli Group decided to exit the Russian market. We will support our employees in Russia and act in accordance with local regulations."

On March 9, Lindt & Sprüngli announced it will be shutting down its eight stores in Russia and halting deliveries.
The Zurich-based company employed around 120 people in Russia, where it generated less than 1% of its turnover in 2021.
