Russian missiles have struck the city of Vinnytsia, far from the eastern frontline, that killed 22 people including three children, Ukrainian officials say.

Three Russian missiles hit the car park of a nine-storey office block and residential buildings in the centre of Vinnytsia.
The attack had come from Kalibr cruise missiles fired from a submarine in the Black Sea, according to the Ukrainian presidency.
Vinnytsia has a population of around 370,000.
