Kate Bush's song "Running Up That Hill" has become the most streamed song both in the US and globally, thanks to Netflix's "Stranger Things"
Between May 27 and June 23, the song has generated $2.3 million in streaming royalties.

In a surprising twist, Bush who hadn't achieved a top 10 hit in the US, did it with "Running Up That Hill" 37 years after it was initially released.
In the recording industry, Bush is an irregular since she owns the copyright to her recordings, however this means she's likely keeping the majority of the royalties.
