Russian missile strike hit a shopping center in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region, located in central Ukraine, far from the front line.
The building posed "no danger to the Russian army, no strategic value," as many as 1,000 people were believed to be in the building.

Dmitro Lunin, the governor of Poltava region reported 13 fatalities and 56 injured so far.
The massive fire from the missile strike, took 300 emergency workers more than four hours to extinguish.
