Schwarzenegger expressed his disappointment with Republicans who refuse to acknowledge Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss and criticized Trump’s remark that America is “like a garbage can for the rest of the world.” He emphasized his frustration with both political parties, arguing that neither adequately addresses US budget deficits and that some Democratic policies contribute to rising crime. Schwarzenegger announced his intention to vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, highlighting his commitment to American values over party affiliation.
Schwarzenegger, an Austrian immigrant, served as California’s governor from 2003 to 2011 and is known for his successful careers in bodybuilding and acting, with hits like “The Terminator.”
