At Least 93 Killed After Israeli Strike on Northern Gaza Town, Gaza Health Ministry Says

An Israeli airstrike on a residential building in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza, killed at least 93 people, including 20 children, according to the Gaza Health Ministry, Reuters reports.

Medics reported that several victims remained trapped under rubble, and emergency crews struggled to reach them. The Gaza Health Ministry warned that wounded patients could not receive care due to the evacuation of nearby hospitals. The Palestinian Civil Emergency Service reported around 100,000 people stranded in the region without access to medical or food supplies.

The ongoing conflict from the Israeli campaign in Gaza has resulted in over 43,000 Palestinian deaths, according to the Gaza Health Ministry. The Israeli military has not commented on this specific strike, but has previously disputed Palestinian death tolls, alleging they are often exaggerated.
