Hamas claims that 10-month-old baby Kfir Bibas, who was the youngest hostage taken to Gaza, has reportedly been killed in an Israeli bombing along with his mother and brother, The Guardian reports.
The family was abducted during the Hamas attacks on Israel in October, and their relatives have been campaigning for their release. The father, Yarden, who was also abducted, is not mentioned in the reported deaths.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are assessing the accuracy of the information, and the IDF holds Hamas responsible for the security of all hostages in the Gaza Strip.
