Billionaire Elon Musk posted a meme on his platform X, formerly Twitter, mocking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s requests for aid, Reuters reports.
The post features Zelensky with the caption, “When it’s been 5 minutes and you haven’t asked for a billion dollars in aid.”
In response, Ukraine’s parliament accused Musk of spreading Russian propaganda and posted a meme of Musk with a similar caption.

Ukraine has appealed to its allies for funds throughout the war to secure financial aid and military equipment to hold back Russia’s invasion.
