On Thursday, four toddlers and two pensioners were injured in a knife attack in the French alpine town of Annecy, Reuters reports.
Two children and one adult were sent to the hospital in a life-threatening condition. The children were around three years old.
The suspect, a 31-year-old Syrian national who was granted asylum in Sweden 10 years ago, was arrested by the police.
