Ukraine’s Zelensky Visits Germany after Weapons Pledge

On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Berlin to meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, BBC reports.

Scholz pledged to supply Ukraine with €2.7 billion worth of weapons, including advanced German Leopard tanks and anti-aircraft systems.

Zelensky later traveled to Aachen to receive the Charlemagne Prize awarded to him and the people of Ukraine.
