On Friday, Meta announced it is cutting the price of its VR headsets Quest 2 and Quest Pro, reports Business Insider.
The price of Meta Quest 2 will drop from $500 to $430, while Meta Quest Pro will drop a whopping $500 from $1,500 to $1,000.
The headsets play a big part in Mark Zuckerberg’s “metaverse” project, but has received mixed reviews and suffered “underwhelming sales”.
