A robber who stole from Kim Kardashian in 2016 said he didn't feel guilty about the heist, which left the reality star traumatized.
In 2016, masked robbers broke into Kardashian's room at the Hôtel de Pourtalès during Paris Fashion Week.
At gunpoint, they tied her up and duct-taped her mouth and eyes shut before stealing almost $11 million worth of her jewelry.
Yunis Abbas, one of the 12 men arrested and charged with the 2016 heist, told Vice News in an interview that he didn't feel guilty about the robbery.
"I saw one of her shows where she threw her diamond in the pool, in that episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians.' Since she was throwing money away, I was there to collect it and that was that. Guilty? No, I don't care. I don't care."

Following the incident. Kardashian has adjusted her social media habits, refraining from publishing photos in real time in order to preserve her privacy.
In 2020, the reality star told Letterman that she was scared to sleep after the robbery "unless there's half a dozen security guards at my house."
