On Friday, Britain's prime minister Boris Johnson paid a second visit to the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, to meet with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The surprise visit followed one day after key European leaders made a similar trip.
Johnson promise a training program that could train up to 10,000 soldiers every 120 days for the country’s military.
He also offer the "strategic endurance" needed to push out Russian forces.
The two leaders also discussed how Britain might contribute in breaking the Russian naval blockade that is preventing grain exports.
The PM has become a folk hero in Ukraine for his support to the war effort, compared to his situation at home, where he has been struggling for political survival.
